    Leading participatory community monitoring of soil, sediment, and water quality within mining-impacted ecosystems to fulfill the historic Constitutional Court Ruling T-622 of 2016. In collaboration with national and international experts, we developed a comprehensive environmental remediation protocol, actively engaging Afro-descendant communities across La Soledad, San Isidro, Cértegui, Cantón de San Pablo, Villa Conto, Paimadó, and Unión Panamericana in Chocó.

    Socioeconomic Transition Plan: Navarro Landfill, Cali

    Leading the participatory design of the landmark Social Management Plan for 686 informal waste pickers operating within the closed Navarro Landfill. Commissioned by the National Superintendency of Public Services (Superservicios) and executed in direct partnership with the National Recyclers Association (ANR), this project established a structured framework for labor formalization, social inclusion, and regulatory compliance.

    Sustainable Farming: Facilitating a transition to eco-friendly agricultural practices for 35 local farmers to halt agrochemical pollution.
    Economic Substitution: Supporting traditional clam-extracting communities in shifting to sustainable alternative livelihoods, successfully reducing anthropomorphic pressure on endangered coastal Polymesoda Solida relics.
