Developed for CAF and the Bioversity International–CIAT Alliance.
This comprehensive sustainability and gender equity evaluation spanned eight key Colombian agricultural value chains: rice, coffee, cocoa, sugarcane, corn, potato, oil palm, and livestock.

Intercultural Co-Design for Premier Ecotourism

Facilitating participatory design and traditional knowledge-sharing dialogues. We guided the collaborative process, bridging the gap between project leaders, traditional indigenous Yagua and Arara authorities, and community knowledge-holders to ensure a sustainable, culturally respectful development strategy.

Socio-environmental Risk Management - Soacha

Designing and executing a proactive socio-environmental conflict prevention strategy to harmonize relations between local industry and neighboring communities. We provided strategic facilitation to build a unified, shared vision across eleven neighborhoods, successfully aligning environmental authorities, municipal government bodies, and industrial leaders.

Co-designing and launching the First School of New Community Leadership through a landmark industrial-community coalition. Duration & Scale: 5-year initiative empowering 700+ social leaders. Core Pillars: "Train-the-trainer" methodology, digital literacy, and community entrepreneurship. Impact: Established a lasting, self-sustaining framework for community governance.

Partnering with DAGMA to implement sustainable urban innovations and eco-technologies across five key boroughs in Cali.This initiative serves as a core pillar of the city’s municipal climate change adaptation and mitigation strategy, driving community-led ecological transitions in high-density urban areas.

Landmark Environmental Compliance – Upper Atrato River

Leading participatory community monitoring of soil, sediment, and water quality within mining-impacted ecosystems to fulfill the historic Constitutional Court Ruling T-622 of 2016. In collaboration with national and international experts, we developed a comprehensive environmental remediation protocol, actively engaging Afro-descendant communities across La Soledad, San Isidro, Cértegui, Cantón de San Pablo, Villa Conto, Paimadó, and Unión Panamericana in Chocó.

Territory Alignment & Community Governance - Pacific Coast

Facilitating collective governance and local development strategies for the Community Councils of Los Delfines, Juradó, and Cupica. We guided these ethno-territorial authorities in building a long-term, shared vision for their territories, creating a robust framework to coordinate local development goals with public institutions and private sector project developers.

Socioeconomic Transition Plan: Navarro Landfill, Cali

Leading the participatory design of the landmark Social Management Plan for 686 informal waste pickers operating within the closed Navarro Landfill. Commissioned by the National Superintendency of Public Services (Superservicios) and executed in direct partnership with the National Recyclers Association (ANR), this project established a structured framework for labor formalization, social inclusion, and regulatory compliance.

LAIF Cities & Climate Change Initiative – Ciénaga de Mallorquín

Designing community-centric social strategies for high-impact urban wetland restoration.
The Framework: Formulating the social management component for the Cities and Climate Change initiative under the European LAIF program.
The Partners: Executed in coordination with the French Development Agency (AFD), CAF and City of Barranquilla.
The Local Impact: Driving environmental shoreline management and community alignment across the coastal neighborhoods of Las Flores and La Playa.

Structuring collaborative development frameworks to harmonize relations between private developers and traditional coastal communities. We led extensive capacity-building programs focused on leadership and strategic negotiation for four prominent Afro-descendant community councils. This project successfully bridged the gap between local island authorities, corporate investors, and municipal agencies to secure a shared, sustainable regional future.lding.

Ecosystem Restoration & Livelihood Transitions - Isla de Salamanca National Park

Designing and executing community-led environmental mitigation strategies within a critical national park buffer zone.
Sustainable Farming: Facilitating a transition to eco-friendly agricultural practices for 35 local farmers to halt agrochemical pollution.
Economic Substitution: Supporting traditional clam-extracting communities in shifting to sustainable alternative livelihoods, successfully reducing anthropomorphic pressure on endangered coastal Polymesoda Solida relics.

Prior Consultation & Licensing - Serena del Mar

Facilitating the successful Prior Consultation and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Serena del Mar macro-development in collaboration with the VillaGloria Afro-descendant community. Our team provided the strategic mediation necessary to resolve long-standing socio-environmental disputes, culminating in a comprehensive sustainable development plan and securing the critical environmental license required for project execution.
